It’s back to school for many this week, and we're grateful to all the brilliant STEM teachers out there who will be inspiring our young people this year. EngineeringUK's programmes, events and competitions provide many ways to do just that this term - see below for some inspiration.
- Plan a trip to The Big Bang Fair - the largest celebration of science, technology, engineering and maths for young people in the UK. Free registrations for The Fair opens early October, sign up to the Big Bang newsletter for news and updates.
- Take part in the Tomorrow's Engineers Week Big Assembly, a live, interactive video stream featuring a panel of inspiring engineers.
- Order or download our free careers resources and lesson plans
- Encourage your students to enter their STEM projects into The Big Bang Competition - the UK's top STEM Competition for young people. Deadline is 2 November 2018.
- Take part in Tomorrow's Engineers Energy Quest, a free schools programme that encourages young people to find out all about sustainable energy and learn about associated engineering careers.
- Visit any of the regional Big Bang Fairs taking place across the UK
