Dr Alice Bunn

What I Do

Dr Alice Bunn is Chief Executive of the Institution for Mechanical Engineers. She is a Fellow of the Institution and took up her role as CEO in July 2021.

Bio & Background

In her previous role, she was International Director at the UK Space Agency, responsible for increasing the UK’s global influence in science, security and trade through space. She led teams responsible for ensuring international competitiveness through developing world class skills in the UK space sector; developing multilateral and bilateral international partnerships in space; and delivering the security and resilience of the UK’s infrastructure and space applications.
