Steven Rossiter is an experienced technology executive, entrepreneur, and angel investor.

Bio & Background

In 2014 Steven founded AgileTek Engineering with a mission to bring the latest advances in cloud computing and data science to the offshore energy industry. In addition to growing the core engineering consulting business, he led the development of a cloud-based simulation data management platform.

AgileTek was awarded the Best Small Company prize at the SubseaUK industry awards in 2018 in recognition of its drive to recruit the best young engineering talent into the industry. Steven was also instrumental in developing the Engineer the Future scheme at AgileTek which offered summer placements to engineering undergraduates from under-represented backgrounds. The scheme pays placement students the London Living Wage to ensure it is accessible to as many people as possible.

AgileTek became a wholly owned subsidiary of Tekmar Group plc when it floated on the London Stock Exchange in 2018. Soon after, Steven was appointed Chief Technology Officer at Tekmar Group and worked on a wide range of technology led initiatives including digitisation of manufacturing processes, assessment of potential M&A and group-wide information systems.
