Why collaboration is essential
There are skills shortages and diversity gaps facing the UK’s engineering and tech workforce. No single organisation can tackle the issues alone. We need a unified, cross-industry collaboration. Through sustained, collective effort we can drive change and inspire young people to pursue engineering and technology careers.
Working together extends our reach. We can pool resources and leverage our expertise. Collaboration isn’t just beneficial, it’s urgent. Without this unified approach, young people miss out on critical opportunities – and we risk moving backward.
Sharing best practice
Working with us means being able to share best practice across the industry. By coming together through Corporate Membership, The Tomorrow’s Engineers Code, as a partner or through our networks, organisations like yours can avoid ‘reinventing the wheel’. We can learn from each other’s successes and challenges.
Knowledge exchange saves time and resources. Plus, it strengthens the STEM community, enabling more effective outreach and engagement with young people.

Our work is made possible by a network of partners including engineering firms, technology companies, SMEs, educational institutions, and non-for-profit organisations.
Each brings their perspective, helping drive a shared purpose: to prepare the next generation for careers in STEM.
About our members
Our Corporate Members are vital to our mission. Representing a wide range of organisations where engineering and technology are integral, they collaborate with us to increase diversity, support sustainable growth. And to equip young people with the skills needed to thrive.
Members enjoy access to exclusive insights and research, as well as strategic support. This allows them to make a lasting impact on the future workforce while aligning with their own corporate goals.
Support our work
We don’t charge schools for any of the programmes, resources or services we offer. Financial support helps us develop and deliver programmes to support more schools and reach more young people.
