Working with us

Ways to work with us

We work with hundreds of organisations as well as individual professionals who share our ambition to inspire the next generation. If you run a STEM engagement activity or programme, you could be part of The Big Bang Fair or a Big Bang at School. These are also great opportunities for direct engagement with young people and their teachers. We can also promote your programme to schools.

Investing in our programmes for schools is an investment in reaching more young people with positive messages about engineering and technology careers. And our events and campaigns offer a platform to promote the profession and to share your insights and expertise.

Corporate Membership allows for a deeper relationship with more strategic support. Joining The Tomorrow’s Engineers Code brings you into our network and a community keen to collaborate.

We don’t charge schools for any of the programmes, resources or services we offer. Financial support helps us develop and deliver programmes to support more schools and reach more young people.

How we add value

We understand the education and careers landscape and work with schools to develop impactful outreach activities. Our expertise spans years of creating and evaluating programmes, from events like The Big Bang Fair to nationwide in-school initiatives.

Our approach is rooted in continuous improvement and innovation, informed by research and feedback from students and teachers. We share best practice and resources through Tomorrow’s Engineers, aiming to improve STEM outreach across the UK.

Through our Neon website schools find quality engineering outreach activities. We prioritise schools with high proportions of underrepresented students, targeting marketing and offering bursaries to remove participation barriers.

Collaboration is one of our core values. We support the STEM outreach community through Corporate Membership, The Tomorrow’s Engineers Code, Neon and Tomorrow’s Engineers Live, fostering a network of shared learning and strategic support. Our partnerships across education, business, and government, along with our expertise in careers, EDI, and sustainability, enhance our collaborative efforts.
