Digital outreach is more than just going online

"I think for me, digital first shouldn't be confused with just taking your physical event that you used to do and putting it online. It just doesn't work. You have to think about how your audience consumes that content.

"So we consult with teachers heavily around what it is we're doing, how we're doing that, what that looks like, when we should do it, what's going to work for their students... As well as talking to young people about what works for them."
