Which areas are you focusing your recruitment on over the next five years?
We expect to focus on recruiting engineering graduates as well as professional hires, particularly in software engineering, systems engineering, and safety.

We draw useful information from EngineeringUK’s annual report on the state of engineering and their findings on effective activities has helped to inform our STEM outreach strategy.
