Inspiring the next generation of engineers - Focus Group Attendees Needed

Nov 27, 2018

Focus group

As part of the review of the Tomorrow’s Engineers programme, independent research agency DJS Research has been commissioned to speak to groups of STEM teachers, engineering employers and young people aged 11-16 to gather their views on developing an interactive platform to provide information about STEM outreach programmes and activities, raise the profile of local employers’ activities, and enable easy access to quality careers information.

Sessions will be taking place soon in South Manchester and Leeds during weekday evenings and will last for an hour.

If you are interested and available to take part, know someone who might be, or would like to know more, please email Gayle Higginson at DJS Research [email protected]. You may then receive a phone call from DJS Research asking you to take part in a focus group discussion where you will be joined by seven or eight of your peers and asked to share your opinions with the group. Attendees will be offered a cash amount for their time.

Your opinions will help shape this important piece of development, so if you are a STEM teacher, engineering employer or interested young person please get in touch.
