We have 2 upcoming vacancies for independent members of our Audit, Risk and Investment Committee.
This Committee assists the EngineeringUK Board by reporting to it on:
- the integrity and regulatory compliance of the financial statements of EngineeringUK and its subsidiaries
- the performance of the external auditor
- the functioning of EngineeringUK’s internal controls and procedures
- risk management
- the performance of the Investment Fund Manager
If you are a CCAB qualified accountant with experience either within a financial, accounting or audit background, or of charity or governance issues more generally, we would be very pleased to hear from you.
Committee members are expected to attend 3 2-hour meetings per year in London and to prepare for these meeting by reading papers circulated in advance.
This is an unpaid role, but reasonable travel and subsistence costs will be reimbursed. The successful candidate will be appointed for an initial 3-year term.
