Industry can benefit from offering T Levels and apprenticeships to grow the workforce

Government to host 2 T Level webinars for industry to develop tomorrow’s workforce and benefit from apprenticeships and technical education

The Department for Education (DfE) and the Strategic Development Network are hosting 2 webinars aimed at business leaders, HR professionals as well as learning and development teams interested in apprenticeships, to better understand the opportunities on offer from industry placements and T Levels.

An industry placement is an extended period of structured time that a student spends in the workplace, developing technical and soft skills relevant to the sector. They can vary in length but must last for a minimum of 45 days, allowing students to make a meaningful contribution to your organisation.
