About Climate Schools Programme
Climate Schools Programme provides schools with curriculum-linked resources spanning English, science, and geography. It empowers students to explore innovative solutions to tackling climate change and discover brand-new skills.
Tackling climate change
In Climate Schools Programme students look at ways to address this global challenge while developing important skills. These include teamwork, problem-solving, and communication – all vital for their future STEM career!
It’s designed to be flexible. Teachers can choose how many lessons they do and how they use the resources and activities with their students. We also offer climate action theme packs to support existing extra-curricular clubs or help schools set up a climate action club.
The programme is aimed at 11 to 14 year-olds in state-funded secondary schools in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
