Annual leave and volunteering days: Full-time members of the team enjoy 28 days holiday a year, with an additional 2 days dedicated to volunteering for a cause they care about. Typically, the office closes between Christmas and New Year too.

Training and development

Our offices
We’re lucky to work in an amazing central London building ‘with a view’! The office is a vibrant workspace, with a large terrace overlooking the Thames and Tower Bridge, well used on dry days.
Our office space is jointly shared with STEM Learning and Engineering Council. The communal meeting rooms, kitchen and terrace are enjoyed by all, so there’s a vibrancy and lots of common goals.
Hybrid working
We're fans of hybrid working. Typically, the team work in the office 2 days a week, and the rest is remote. We ask part-time team members to be in the office for 40% of their working week.
