Neon launches new green careers resource for teachers

Jun 30, 2022

Neon, a platform that brings together the UK's best engineering experiences and careers resources to support teachers, has just released a brand-new set of careers resources free of charge.

The new resource aims to inspire the next generation of innovators and inventors to consider a career in green engineering.

Printed on recycled paper, the set of 4 inspiring green engineering careers posters encourages young people to think about how they can change the way society moves, eats, uses and powers things.

Available for download or to order in print free of charge, the posters support teachers to show students how engineers help solve some of the world’s most pressing issues and develop green solutions – from food and transport to energy and our carbon footprint.

Each poster comes with some prompts on the back, for teachers to use with their students in class, as part of a class discussion, small group activity or suggested homework.

Supplementary online resources also allow teachers to discover all they need to know to inspire their students to consider a career in green engineering.
