We’re EngineeringUK and we drive change
The UK needs a stronger, more representative workforce for engineering and technology to thrive. We need more young people to realise there could be a future for them in engineering and tech. Many of them don't understand what the opportunities are – or the different ways to get into them. We want to change that.
Purpose and strategy
We’re a not-for-profit that drives change so more young people choose engineering and technology careers. Our strategy is based on our mission to enable more young people from all backgrounds to be informed, inspired and progress into engineering and tech. We do this through research and evidence, leadership, activities for schools and advocacy, with a focus on long-term sustainability.
The power of collaboration
We all have a part to play in growing the future workforce. The stakes are high so we can’t afford not to work together.
Our network
We work with hundreds of organisations so we can all grow the future talent pool together.
